How can we start working together?

1. First of all you have to register in our site (A username, password and a valid Email will be required).

2. The second step is to upload your file(s)

   We offer two sets of instruments to upload files to our service:
   
   • Through the main page. If you are a partner, please do not forget to be logged in before you start your uploads, so that you can be identified by our system You should press button "Load" or "Upload" and wait until your file uploads to our web servers.
   • FTP - uploading. FTP is a file transfer protocol. To start uploading files through FTP, you will need a special program which would allow you to connect to our web service. There are variety of these on the Internet. One of the free ones is: FileZilla. In addition, there are some for which you will have to pay a fee but the choice of which one to use is up to you. In order to create a stable connection, between the FTP program and our server you will only need to follow four parameters.
     The first two of them are the following: your login and password, the other two are hosting (server address) and port. Since we have s large number of servers, and the number is growing constantly, we will not write them all down. We will only show you a working sample and you can find information about the rest on your account on your site. The first one is r1.LetItBit This is the host of first server that you can use. The Port is 21.
   In conclusion, to be able to upload your files, you will need an FTP manager, login, password, host (server address) and you should use port 21 by default.
   After you are connected to the server you can begin uploading your file(s) and after you are finished, links and information about the file(s) will appear in your account on our site.
   

3. Option 3

   All we have left to do is to attract people who wish to download your files from our web servers using the links that we provided you with. You can post the links on your own sites, or post them on forums or blogs. The more detailed a description you create, the more visitors you will attract to your links and the more money you will be able to earn.
   

Earnings and Payments

1. We pay for each individual download of your file, this means that we pay each time a different individual has downloaded your file.
2. We pay for visitors from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Kazakhstan and also for most of European countries.
3. We pay for attracted webmasters that you bring into our program with the help of your referral link. You will receive a 25% commission on the earnings we receive from webmasters attracted by you.
4. Payments will be made in accordance with requests in your account. Your request term will take up to 48 hours.
5. Payments will be made through Webmoney, which is an online payment system. The minimum payment is $5.
6. All money transfer commission is paid by us.

1. Why aren't all of my file downloads being counted?

   We pay money for unique downloads of your files. This means that only one payment will be made for each individual person who downloads your file during at any given 24-hour period. We do not pay for multiple downloads by the same person during that time frame.

2. Why can’t I create category in the ´Files´ section?

   While transferring files, please enter the name of the new category in the existing field and it will be created.

3. Why is there one number of downloads in ´Files´ section and a different number of downloads in the ´Statistics´ section?

   The unique downloads for each file are recorded separately in the ´Files´ section and the total number of unique downloads are recorded in the ´Statistics´ section. For instance, if two files were downloaded from two same IP, then this will count as two downloads in the ´files´ section but it would only be as one download in the ´Statistics´ section.

4. How long will be my files be stored?

   Calculation of file storage time is done in accordance with file size.
   Files up to 50 Mb have a storage time of 30 days from the date of the last download.
   Files up to 500 Mb have a storage time of 25 days from the date of the last download.
   Files up to 1500 Mb have a storage time of 15 days from the date of the last download.
   Files up to 2500 Mb have a storage time of 10 days from the date of the last download.
   Once a file is downloaded within the 30 day period, the file storage period starts over. .

5. Why does the file that I am uploading (a) not appear; (b) appear but is smaller in size than the original; (c) is not workable?

   This is generally due to a minor problem with the server. Please upload your files again and inform the administration of project about this problem.

6. Why can`t I upload a file to the server by FTP?

   Most likely this is because the server that you have chosen for uploading the file is currently overloaded. Please try uploading your files to other servers.

7. Why can`t I upload a file to the server through the UPLOAD form on the site?

   The upload form on the main page of our site is designed for small files. To upload large ´heavy´ files, we recommend that you use FTP access.

8. Why can`t I upload files to the server using REMOTE upload?

   Please be sure that there is a direct link to file that you are trying to upload.
   Please be sure that the file you are trying to upload is available for uploading.
   If you want to upload files from another file sharing service, please remember that in most cases the free link is provided especially for you and nobody except you can use it.
   It is not possible to remote upload from a third-level domain.

9. How can I change my E-MAIL? How can I change or recover my PASSWORD?

   To change your password, you will need to send a request to the Administration where you should indicate your old and new password.

10. How can I place money in my wallet? wallet

In your personal account at letitbit, in section ´Files´,a menu appears. With the help of this menu you can easily copy your files from your account at letitbit to your account in sms4file or vip-file
To do this you will need to do the following:
1. You will need to click on the name of file sharing service that you wish to copy your files to. You will need to enter your login and password in the required fields from your personal account on the file sharing service that you want to copy files to. If you did everything correctly, then the switch next to your Name, Last name and Surname will become active and you will be able to view a list of your files in your personal account.
2. You will have to mark files you expect to copy.
3. At the end of the file list there is a combobox where you need to choose the Last Name and Surname to whom you want to copy your files to and click the button ´Copy Files´ which is next to it.
4. If after clicking the button you receive the following message: ´File_Name simlink exist´, this means you already have this file in your personal account, you do not need to copy it again.
